Diane Varga is a seasoned customer service representative, customer service manager, and a customer service trainer with over 14 years experience. In 1995, she opened a small home-based daycare.
Diane’s introduction to the Children’s System of Care began in 2012. She remembers an interaction she had with two FSO representatives. Not only was she grateful for their guidance and help during a very trying time, but she also felt like she had discovered a job she would like to pursue once she was able to go back to work.
Diane is married and the proud parent of four adopted children. Three of her children had IEPs. Diane was very involved with special education and with special education parents’ advisory groups in each school.
Diane’s hope is that, through Family Partners, she will have a chance to give back, and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the families she works with.
