
Rachel Helt, CFSP, NHA Trainer & Practitioner, QPR Instructor, YMHFA, ECPR Practitioner
Rachel Helt is a native of Staten Island who has made Sussex County her home since 2006. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Family Partners of Morris & Sussex Counties, Family Support Organization, where she leads with dedication and compassion, drawn from both her professional expertise and personal experience as a family recipient of support services.
Rachel is a Certified Family Support Partner, Nurtured Heart Approach® Trainer and Practitioner, QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Instructor, Youth Mental Health First Aider and E-CPR Practitioner. She brings more than 30 years of combined experience in health and human services, sales, marketing, and nonprofit business operations to her leadership role.
In addition to her professional work, Rachel was the Founder of a nonprofit animal rescue established in 2019 that partnered with young adults in recovery. Her passion for service extends throughout the community, where she actively participates in numerous advisory boards and committees.

Rachel’s professional and volunteer work reflects her unwavering commitment to empowering families, strengthening communities, and advancing mental health and human services across New Jersey.
Madeline Lozowski serves as Administrative Director for Family Partners of Morris & Sussex Counties. She previously held executive leadership roles at the Family Support Organizations of Union County and Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Counties. Madeline is a former President and Treasurer of the New Jersey Alliance of Family Support Organizations and served on the Executive Management Team for the NJ Division of Child Behavioral Health Services. She has presented at national and regional conferences, including the SAMHSA National Policy Academy and the University of South Florida Annual Conference, and represented the Children’s System of Care at the Department of Children and Families’ 10th Anniversary celebration.
With over 25 years of experience leading nonprofit agencies, Madeline brings both professional expertise and personal insight as a parent of a child with serious emotional and mental health challenges. She has been actively involved with the Children’s System of Care since 2002. Madeline lives in Hunterdon County near her family farm and is the mother of four and grandmother of three.
Diane Varga is an experienced customer service professional with over 14 years in roles including representative, manager, and trainer. In 1995, she launched a home-based daycare, demonstrating her commitment to supporting families. Her involvement with the Children’s System of Care began in 2012, following a positive experience with Family Support Organization representatives—a moment that inspired her career path.
Diane is married and the proud parent of four adopted children, three of whom had IEPs. She has been actively engaged in special education and parent advisory groups across multiple schools. Through her work with Family Partners, Diane aims to give back and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families.

Shauna Gregory is a dedicated author and advocate whose passion for supporting families stems from her own experience raising a child with mental health challenges. After her child was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 12, Shauna committed herself to navigating the complexities of care while balancing family life.
Through perseverance during difficult times, she grew stronger and found her calling in helping others facing similar struggles. Today, Shauna serves at the Family Support Organization as a certified Family Support Partner, a role she has held for more than 20 years.
